From our experience, most shoppers don’t just leap in and make an instant purchase unless it’s from an online store that they have previously purchased from. Otherwise, it’s a case of checking other peoples’ reviews on the product or service, the online reputation of the vendor, the refund policy and, of coarse, free postage can really help the potential buyer ‘pull the trigger’ and reach for their credit card!
